We take your complaints very seriously.
In fact we believe that only by listening to your concerns we can improve our service.
We have an ‘in -house’ complaints procedure in place. We would like to receive your complaint in a written form so that we can reply to it properly and avoid any misunderstanding.
Please ask the reception for a form which will guide you through the process.
If patients are not satisfied with the result of our procedure then a complaint may be made to:
