The first thing that always strikes me each time I go back to visit the Dene Dental Practice, and I have been doing so for two decades, is the observation of the sincere warmth of the welcome with which everyone is greeted from reception onwards.
It is a happy ‘smile factory’ The quality of the design, decor, layout and equipment that greets one, immediately and reassuringly points to the careful thought, planning and efficiency that has been invested in the Practice.
I am disabled and every possible care is always employed to ensure my comfort at every stage of care. The dental care one can expect is of the highest possible standard and always comfortingly innovative.
The range of equipment and techniques deployed are always visibly state of the art. My family’s age range is now from early 30’s to early 80’s.
We all rely on Dene Dental for our dental care and all would happily endorse these comments.
If a ‘star’ range had to be applied to Dene Dental from ‘one to five’ – five being the highest – then DD merits a ‘five’.
What an incredible time line that was: one moment I’m sipping my coffee and enjoying a biscuit the next I break a tooth (11:45); then a quick call to the Practice and by 12:30 the restoration work begins. All finished within just half an hour and I ‘m home again by 1:30. Such an outstanding response cannot be bettered.
